Single lessons are billed and must be paid before coming to the lesson (receipt of payment must be shown when coming to the lesson). The first part of the lesson package bill must be paid before coming to the first lesson.

Lesson packages of five and ten singing lessons will be billed in two parts. Lesson packages of fifteen singing lessons will be billed in four parts.

Bills will be sent by e-mail when booking the lessons. Payment must be payed by the due date. After that the penalty interest of 8,5% will be added to the payment. Reminder of overdue payment is subject to a 5€ charge.

A singing lesson will be replaced if the cancellation of the lesson is caused by the teacher getting sick or if the cancellation is by student's request and is made at least 24 hours before the next lesson. Changing the time or date of the lessons must be done immediately when it appears necessary, in order for the teacher to organize her schedule anew.

Singing lessons will not be replaced when the announcement of being unable to attend the lesson is done less than 24 hours before the next lesson, when the student gets sick or for some other sudden reason (with the exception of long-term diseases). In this case the lesson must be paid. Don't come to your singing lesson if you're sick, please! A lesson is always possible through a video call or skype etc.

If sudden non-attendances accumulate to three times or more within a bought term (15 singing lesson / 9 months), one of them will be replaced. Students will not be compensated for being late to lessons.

Pair lessons have the same terms as private lessons. Group lessons can't be cancelled. In this case the student is responsible for the absence.
